The Curator's Choice Walks: Yaverland
Reflecting on over 40 years as a science communicator, and 50 years studying the Island’s geology, these walks are intended to provide participants with an overview of the Island’s geology and palaeontology and will be led by Dinosaur Isle Museum Curator Dr Martin Munt.

About the event
Reflecting on over 40 years as a science communicator, and 50 years studying the Island’s geology, this walk is intended to provide participants with an overview of the Island’s geology and palaeontology and will be led by Dinosaur Isle Museum Curator Dr Martin Munt. Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment!
The last of these walks is along the beach at Yaverland where we will look at the Wealden to marine lower Cretaceous rocks (Note: This walk is along a shingle / sand beach, so please wear suitable footwear.)

Charge is Adult £7.00, Child £4.00, under 5's go free.
(Free for members of the Friends of Dinosaur Isle (FODI), but you still need to book to guarantee a place).
